DESCRIPTION
Delightful attic apartment that is located in the very centre of Prague historic area of New Town/Old Town, one of the most and attractive areas of Prague.

Situated just by the Charles Square one of the biggest square of the New Town, was at the time of its completion also the largest European Square and was economic, political and cultural centre of the New Town.

New Town Hall is about 100 meters - the New Town counsellors were thrown out of the New Town Hall on July 30th 1419 - 'the first Prague defenestration'.

A partments are located in the centre of Prague in a quiet street behind the National Theatre in an apartment house from the beginning of the 20th century.

:: Apartment A (ground floor)
The apartment is composed of one bedroom / living room, a second bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom with a schower and a small entry. Its total space is 60 m2. The first bedroom is equipped with double bed and a sofa, which can be unfolded into an additional bed. The second bedroom is equipped with two beds. The apartment is composed of one bedroom / living room and two extra bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a big entry. Its total space is 95 m2. The first bedroom is equipped with double bed and a sofa, which can be unfolded into an additional bed. The second and third bedroom is equipped with two beds. The kitchen is fitted with refrigerator, electric cooker, electric kettle, kitchen sink and other kitchen equipment.

:: Location
Thanks to the unique location of these apartments you will be able to reach all main sights by foot. Wenceslas square, The Old Town square or the Jewish district of Josefov are not further than a five minute walk. The same counts for all main theatre houses as well as numerous galleries. The Prague Castle and other sights can be easily reached by tram or by subway.
