DESCRIPTION
The Casa Italia Residence offers accommodation in reconstructed, cozy apartments, modified with Italian taste, but with respect to the historical style of the building.
In the event that you need to take advantage of the private parking, it is located in the inner courtyard or if there is any need 200 meters from the hotel is a guarded car parking. The advantageous position of the Residence ensures you greatest of ease and quick access to the historical city center. Subway (Metro) & Tram stations are in the neighborhood near the residence

In 6 apartments one can at one time accommodate 28 persons, but it is possible to give a 7th apartment. For youth groups, where there is not an excessive demand on privacy, it is possible to add additional 14 beds and then give accommodations for 40 people. In cases of the requests of 40 beds, there will apply a very advantageous rate. It is enough to have a prior agreement.

In close proximity to the residence you will find a very pleasant, new restaurant, which offers excellent cooking. The offerings on the menu are really abundant. Among others on offer you will find a selection of food from the Italian cuisine. Beer here is excellent. The restaurant also has a fine wine cellar. Hotel guests that come here can receive a 15% discount. It is also possible to request breakfast or dinner here in the restaurant and have it brought to the apartment in the residence. It is enough to phone in your request. The decision to have this possibility is only up to you.

Payments are done prior to the receiving of the key. The best possibilities are in Italian Lira or in Czech Crowns. Payments with other currencies can be done using the official, daily bank exchange rate to the Italian Lira. For your comfort, it is possible to use the bank services of Volksbank and Bank Austria - located across the street from the residence, or whichever bank you prefer. Residence, for their clients provides, to their disposition, telephone cards with credit, which is very easy to insert to your mobile telephone. Without paying roaming fees, this cuts down on the costs in the course of a vacation and on international calls 50%. The residence has 2 barrier free apartments. This gives accommodations for those with reduced mobility and is our endeavor to endure every requested service. On request and with a nominal fee we can, for our clients, offer transfer service to and from the airport, train station, or the bus station.
